GENERAL INFORMATION
Who is eligible for a child memberships?
- Grandstand - children aged up to 17 years are eligible for a child grandstand membership.
- Green and White (General Admission) – children aged 13-17 are eligible for a child Green and White Membership. Children aged 12 and under do not require a ticket for general admission entrance, but must be accompanied by a ticket-purchasing adult.
Who is eligible for a student membership?
Secondary school students aged 18 and tertiary students (student ID is required).
Are car park passes available to purchase?
No. There are not enough parks at Central Energy Trust Arena to provide car park passes to members.
What are my payment method options?
We accept all major debit/credit cards for bookings made online. Cash and EFTPOS payments can be made at the Manawatū Rugby Office, 30 Waldegrave Street Palmerston North.
Do any additional fees apply to membership purchases?
A payment processing fee of 2.2% applies to all credit card and debit card payments.
MEMBER BENEFITS
Are home Cyclones games included in my membership?
Yes. Your Manawatū Rugby Season membership grants you entry to all Manawatū Cyclones home games, including playoff games and any games which are part of double-headers with Turbos games. Cyclones games that are included in double-headers with Turbos games require fans to purchase tickets for entry, so your membership has you covered.
Does my membership entitle me to any away games?
No.
Are potential playoffs included in my membership?
All home playoff matches are included in each Manawatū Rugby Membership offering.
Are preseason matches included in my membership?
Preseason matches will not be included in your 2025 membership.
Is my seat(s) for this year renewable for next season?
Yes. We will keep your membership information on file and give you the option to renew your same seat(s) next season.
MATCH DAY
Can I share my Manawatū Rugby Membership?
Yes, you can. If you are unable to attend a game, your family or friends can come along and support the team in your absence.
SEATING
Can I choose my seat(s)?
Yes. As part of the ticket purchasing screen, you will be given an interactive map where you can select your seat(s) if you desire.
Which seats are uncovered?
All Green & White (GA) memberships are uncovered. Bronze member seating is uncovered – this is the first 10 rows of the grandstand.
Is accessible seating available to purchase?
Yes, please contact ticketing@manawaturugby.co.nz to purchase accessible seating.
