Cyclones players Sosoli Talawadua and Rebekah Cordero Tufuga have been selected in the Manusina Samoa squad for the WXV 2 tournament.

The tournament is being held in Cape Town and Stellenbosch, South Africa this month. 

Other participating nations include South African, Scotland, Italy, USA, and Japan. 

Talawadua previosuly represented the Black Ferns, winning a World Cup in 2017. Cordero Tufuga has also worn the black jersey, having played for Black Ferns Sevens.
